Amnesty half marathon training plan - Beginner
Overview
This 16-week plan will take you to event day as safely as possible. We’ll slowly build the volume of the long runs up each week to have you half marathon ready. We use regular walk breaks in the plan to make this happen. You’ll also start to run at different intensities during the training, building some gears for you to run at.

Amnesty half marathon training plan - IntermediateThis intermediate training plan builds you to a two hour long run, incorporating three weekly runs, conditioning and cross training with threshold intervals to push your speed endurance. It will have you running a fantastic half marathon in 16 weeks.

Amnesty half marathon training plan - AdvancedIn this advanced training plan, you will be running three to four times a week, incorporating both threshold intervals and higher intensity runs to improve both endurance and speed.
