About the role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Engagement Specialist (maternity cover until December 2019) with considerable experience in digital campaigning to join our team. Responsible for overall development of digital campaigning strategies, you will mobilise people to take online actions, sign petitions and sell products. You will drive supporter engagement and maximising opportunities for campaign impact through our digital channels – emails, website(s) and social media.
You will have demonstrable experience of devising and delivering large scale digital campaigning and engagement strategies and experience in producing impactful content for different digital channels.
You will have demonstrable experience of line management, as well as management of external agencies and suppliers.
You will have excellent copywriting and content editing skills and a highly developed attention to detail.
You’ll be a data-driven innovator with the ability to assimilate information and communicate complex facts in a clear and comprehensive way, and the ability to produce compelling reporting and evaluation of effectiveness of digital communications and campaigns.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
Our aim is simple: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they are denied. Already our network of over seven million people is making a difference in almost every country in the world. Whether we are applying pressure through powerful research or direct lobbying, mass demonstrations or online campaigning, we are all inspired by hope for a better world. One where human rights are enjoyed by all.
