Please read this before making your booking!

1. Check there are tickets left for your group - each Amnesty student group can book a maximum of 8 places while tickets last, so please check how many people from your university/college have already got tickets before booking your place.

2. Please note your booking will not be complete until your payment has been made and you have received your PayPal confirmation email! When you click ‘submit’ you will be taken to a PayPal form like this to make your payment.

3. After booking you will receive a delegate information email from us within five working days – if you do not receive this please contact us (it may go into your spam inbox so have a check there first!) 

  • Access requirements: Please provide details of your access requirements on the booking form. If you require a carer to accompany you they will qualify for a free place. Please do not fill out a booking form for them, instead contact us to book their place.
  • Financial assistance: If the cost of your ticket or travel expenses would prevent you from attending please contact us as financial assistance is available in some cases.
  • Environmental impact: Please consider this when booking your travel to conference
  • Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable except for in exceptional circumstances, please contact us if this is the case.
  • Group bookings: We are not using a group booking form this year, so each student should fill out an individual form.
