URGENT! Justice for street children petition

Please sign this when you have a minute:

http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/Realising-Rights

The petition is run by our colleagues at the Consortium for Street Children and focuses on violence against street children, in particular the violence they experience in the hands of agents of the state – the very people who are supposed to protect them.

The petition will be sent to several high-level policy and decision makers, including the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child, the APPG on Street children, the new Un Special Representative on Violence Against Children and the International Police Association.

We set the target at 1000 signatures in one month, and we only need 52 more signature to reach that target but need that final push.

Please support this initiative by adding your name to the petition today: http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/Realising-Rights and help us by spreading the word to your friends, family and colleagues.

Thanks!

Helle (on behalf of Louise Miencke, CSC Advocacy Manager)
