*Posted by Frances*

The UK premiere of 'You Don't Like The Truth' is this Saturday (26th March)at 4pm in Brixton.

This stunning documentary is based on security camera footage from an encounter in Guantánamo Bay between a team of Canadian intelligence agents and Canadian citizen Omar Khadr, then a 16-year-old detainee.

If you have signed up to receive updates from the Children's Human Rights Network, you will remember that we have campaigned on Omar Khadr's behalf.

Omar was only 15 years old when he was captured by US forces in Afghanistan and held in the Guantánamo Bay detention camp – the youngest detainee and the first since World War II to be prosecuted in a military commission for war crimes committed while still a minor.

- Omar Khadr will serve up to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to the charges against him at a military commission in Guantánamo. The guilty plea is the result of an agreement between Omar Khadr, his lawyers and the US authorities.
