Amnesty Bookshop in Kentish Town is the newest in our fleet of ten, and one of two Amnesty bookshops in London, serving a vibrant local community.
Monday-Saturday: 11.00am - 5pm
Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
We receive regular donations of newly published books with an emphasis on contemporary fiction, non-fiction, classics and children’s books. Our foreign languages section is particularly strong, as is our range of visual arts, self-help, and cookery books.
If you’re looking for cards and gifts you’ll find a varied range of ethical, Fairtrade, hand eco-friendly Amnesty products for children and adults, as well as original cards, postcards, and other handmade items produced by local artists.
To stay up-to-date on the very best of our new arrivals, as well as the latest news and promotions, follow us on:
Books can be bought via our social media channels and either collected from the shop, or sent via postal service. DM us for details.
Events and Promotions:
We’re in the process of arranging local events, but due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions, our plans have been on hold. We’re aiming to revive our event strand in the Autumn, so keep an eye on this section, as well as our social media platforms.
