Overview
This submission gives particular focus to what the Windrush scandal and the policy and legislation that led to this reveals of racism, and how that relates to present Home Office policy and functions concerning citizenship and immigration.
It gives particular attention to rights to British citizenship, their continued neglect, and the disproportionate impact of this upon Black and other minoritised people.
