Joint PRCBC and Amnesty UK Submission to Public Accounts Committee on Supporting Vulnerable Adults

This submission identifies a group of young British people whose marginalisation and vulnerability is gravely exaggerated by barriers to their rights to British citizenship. 

The submission makes recommendations for removing these barriers, with the additional consequence of aiding social integration and engagement that would remove the harms and costs of these young people's present marginalisation and vulnerability.
