This is the joint briefing of Amnesty UK, the Project for the Registration of Children as British Citizens (PRCBC), the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA), Coram Children's Legal Centre and the European Children's Rights Unit (ECRU). The briefing is provided in support of the amendment to remove Clause 10, which clause would deprive many stateless children born and growing up in the UK of the right to British citizenship, from the Bill.
