Joint Amnesty UK and PRCBC submission to the Constitution Committee on the Rule of Law

In this joint submission we draw attention to the right of the people of the UK to their nationality (British citizenship), and how policy and practice under successive administrations has undermined this.

We briefly set out how this is a constitutionally important matter that relates to the Rule of Law, including to the principle of equality before the law.
