Amnesty UK Submission to Judicial Review and Courts Bill Public Bill Committee

The submission sets out Amnesty's opposition to that in principle and practice, and identifies serious misunderstandings that underpin the arguments currently advanced in favour of clause 2.

The submission concerns clause 2 of the Judicial Review and Courts Bill, by which it is intended to remove, as a matter of generality, the jurisdiction of the High Court to supervise the tribunal appeals system.
