Amnesty International UK Briefing on NC27 to Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Bill (Repeals of NABA 2022).

New Clause 27 is for repeals of much of the Nationality and Borders Act 2022.

This Briefing provides support for such repeals - specifically of asylum measures. Amnesty International UK supports repeals of other provisions of the Act, including all measures that would be repealed by this New Clause.
