Urgent Action correction: Activist risks charges over forced ‘confession’

Suha Jbara was released after spending over two months in detention where she says she was tortured by interrogators.

We are extending the appeal deadline for Palestinian activist Suha Jbara until 5 JUNE 2019.

Her case still requires urgent mobilization ahead of her upcoming hearing, which was postponed from 30 January to 15 May 2019. We have amended the hearing date in the UA accordingly.
