Overview

Every day, people across the world make one of the most difficult decisions imaginable: to leave their homes in search of safety, opportunity, or protection from persecution and human rights violations.

Amnesty International UK’s Refugee and Migrant Rights Programme works across immigration, asylum, and nationality law, policy, and practice to ensure that refugees and migrants are treated with dignity and respect, and that the UK’s immigration and asylum system is fair and effective.

This collection brings together key research, reports, briefings, and submissions produced through that work, supporting informed scrutiny and evidence‑based decision‑making.
