Amnesty International has come across evidence of fresh massacres in the north-western regions of the Central African Republic.
Among the horrors, Amnesty experts witnessed one case of a small girl, found alive among the dead bodies. She hadn’t eaten for days. Dogs were eating the corpses around her.
