Amnesty UK submission to Joint Committee on Human Rights: Legislative Scrutiny of Government's Immigration Bill 2022-23

The Joint Committee on Human Rights considers Government legislation that raises significant human rights concerns. It, therefore, opened an inquiry into the immigration bill introduced by the Government in the 2022-23 parliamentary session.
