AIUK letter to Home Office 'earned settlement' consultation
Overview
On 12 February 2026, AIUK wrote to the Home Office 'earned settlement' consultation in response to the Government paper, A Fairer Pathway to Settlement.
AIUK previously completed the online consultation survey.
The letter set out concerns about the consultation and consultation process; and provided further brief submissions regarding the substance of the proposals to which the consultation related.
