Minehead

Welcome to the Minehead Amnesty local group page.

During 2025, we held an activity of some sort most months. This included letter writing sessions in a local café, talks on current campaigns, awareness-raising stall at a village fete, a supper event for Refugee Week and an AmnesTea. We raised £1,000 over the year to send to AIUK and we've had good coverage in the local newspaper. We have supported webinars hosted by the new Southwest Regional Network. We will continue with these types of activities in 2026.
