Announcement of Board Ballot
We are pleased to announce that this year there will be a ballot to decide who takes up two seats on the Board. The four candidates for those two seats are (listed in random order):
- Richard Wild
- Ramazan Jumazada
- Richard Kotter
- Susan Kurr

How to vote in the ballot
Only members of Amnesty International UK Section are able to vote in the ballot.
If you are a member, you should have received the required voting codes by post or email (depending on communication preferences) on or around 12 May 2026. If you have not received those codes (allowing a few days for late delivery) and you are a member, please contact us via [email protected].
To vote online in the Board ballot, please go to www.amnesty.org.uk/boardballot. If needed, enter the Meeting ID 100-295-214-053. Then enter your Voter Reference Number and PIN, shown on top of the letter or email that you received.
You can also vote by post. To do so, you should download the “AGM and Board Ballot 2026 Voting Form” available at the bottom of this page. To vote in the Board Ballot please complete the Board Ballot Paper at the bottom of the form. You may vote for two candidates. If you vote for any more than two candidates, your ballot paper will be invalid.
The form also gives you the opportunity to vote by proxy for AGM resolutions at the same time. If you only want to vote in the Board ballot , please leave the AGM Proxy Form blank. Information on the AGM resolutions can be found at www.amnesty.org.uk/annual-general-meeting

The Board ballot closes at 9am on 25 June 2026. Please note that all votes must be received by this date. There will be no voting in the Board ballot at the AGM. If voting by post, please allow sufficient time for delivery before the deadline.
