Amnesty Feminists is a volunteer-led network within Amnesty International UK dedicated to defending the human rights of women and girls in the UK and worldwide. We focus on achieving gender equality and justice through activism, advocacy and awareness.

Feminism must be intersectional, or it’s not feminism. We are explicitly trans-inclusive and sex-worker inclusive, embracing gender diversity, social justice, and the interconnectedness of all forms of oppression. Our work challenges systems of patriarchy, racism, colonialism, capitalism and ableism.
Our aim is to ensure that all our work (campaigns, events, research, advocacy and outreach) is accessible and inclusive.
As a volunteer-led network, we recognise we cannot address every feminist issue alone. We value collaboration and openly support other activists and organisations that share our values.
