Resource pack: A Matter Of Life and Death (Arabic)

Lessons, films and assembly in Arabic to explore issues surrounding the death penalty, so young people can develop their own opinion by developing their knowledge, skills and values. Includes the case of Delara Darabi, who was executed in Iran in May 2009.

This pack was developed with the Amnesty office in Beirut who have distributed it to a group of pilot schools in Lebanon.

Amnesty opposes the use of the death penalty in all cases and for all crimes, whether someone is innocent or guilty. If your students are inspired to take action, the Campaigning Project offers guidance to support them.
