The Supporter Care Team sits at the heart of Amnesty International UK (AIUK); as a membership organisation we rely on our members’ support, and the Supporter Care Team’s aim is to deliver excellent customer service to our Supporters.

The Supporter Care Team are looking for 2 highly motivated individuals who are fully signed up to our aims. 

2 x Supporter Communications Officer, permanent & full-time. Candidates must be able to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. 

About the role

Assisting the Supporter Care Team you will deliver excellent customer service to our supporters. You will be responsible for maintaining supporter records ensuring that information held is both accurate and up-to-date. You will also be required to process and bank supporter income, therefore an understanding of key financial processes including direct debits and gift aid is essential.

About you

With experience of working in a customer service environment, you will need to have a methodical and efficient approach to your workload and be able to multi-task accurately. You must have an appreciation for the importance of supporter care and an understanding of the Data Protection Act. Proficiency in word/spreadsheet packages and databases is essential.
