About the role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Retention) with considerable experience in email marketing and supporter relationship management. Responsible for driving and executing the email strategy, you will ensure our supporters feel valued, informed and empowered.
This is an ideal role for an experienced email marketer who’s committed to developing our supporter relationships, audience analysis and is looking to own, executive and evolve a stand out email programme. You will work alongside our Digital Engagement and Digital Marketing Acquisition teams, managing the Digital Marketing Specialist (Retention) to deliver integrated digital communications.
Coming from a digital marketing role, you’ll have experience of successfully creating and delivering email and SMS strategies for a complex organisation. You will be an innovator in digital marketing, data driven in your approach and confident leading projects that drive change. Your knowledge of marketing technologies, creative and innovative thinking will mean you are always at the forefront of testing strategies and industry trends.
Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders and other colleagues from across the organisation - delivering a supporter-centric approach to campaigning and fundraising, helping us reach our ambitious growth targets. Your broader knowledge of marketing channels will allow you to executive, evaluate and analyse the impact of multi-channel campaigns.
If you are talented, passionate about human rights and want to use your skills, knowledge and experience to change the world then we would encourage you to click ‘Apply for this Role’ below.
Our aim is simple: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they are denied. Already our network of over seven million people is making a difference in almost every country in the world. Whether we are applying pressure through powerful research or direct lobbying, mass demonstrations or online campaigning, we are all inspired by hope for a better world. One where human rights are enjoyed by all.
