 We are looking for an organisation/consultancy who have the right expertise to deliver a review of our People Policy and Procedures, set out changes to it, re-write and develop two new policies - Menopause Policy and Transitioning at Work Policy.

 The Project

We have identified the need for a significant step change in our organisational culture, and in our application of excellence in organisational development and people processes.  We now want to take a leap to becoming one of the most positive and progressive workplaces in the not-for-profit sector.

 We are looking for an organisation/consultancy who have the right expertise to deliver:

  1. A thorough review of our people related policies and procedures, setting out clearly specific changes to ensure legal compliance and best practice (and citing the best practice source for any improvement, e.g. reflecting the relevant ACAS code); and to
  2. Re-write our people related policies and procedures
  3. Develop 2 new policies – Menopause Policy and Transitioning at Work Policy.

Meeting of selected prospects is 18th August 2022 following which a decision will be made and contract awarded.

Considerations

We will consider applications from individuals or organisations based anywhere in the world but do get in touch if you are considering pitching for the work from outside of the UK as there may be data protection and taxation considerations.

Please note, the successful tender will be required to enter a contractual arrangement for a supply of services. This will not constitute employment for tax purposes, and the agency, consultant or freelancer will not be entitled to our employee terms and conditions.
