About the role
With over seven million members, supporters and activists worldwide, Amnesty International is the world’s largest grassroots human rights organisation. At Amnesty International UK, we want to grow income and the number of people connected to human rights through their support of our work. As our Fundraising Innovation Manager, your role will be to design, develop and deliver fresh, exciting new innovations, grounded in audience insight, to transform the future of fundraising at AIUK.
You are an expert innovator, with a proven track record of taking new products and concepts to market, from inception to successful delivery. You have a strategic understanding of and practical experience of applying different innovation methodologies, models and techniques. You’ll use this to provide leadership and vision for fundraising innovation at Amnesty International UK.
Confident, curious and creative, you’ll have strong commercial acumen and the ability to transform ideas, concepts and consumer insights into viable income-generating ventures. You can communicate effectively and with credibility, both in person and in writing; and have strong influencing and negotiating skills. You will build excellent working relationships, inspiring stakeholders at all levels. You’ll thrive in the ambitious environment in which we operate, and you’re able to plan and prioritise your workload according to business need.
Our aim is simple: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they’re denied. Our network of over seven million supporters makes a difference in 150 countries. Whether we’re applying pressure through powerful research or direct lobbying, mass demonstrations or online campaigning, we’re all inspired by hope for a better world. One where human rights are respected and protected by everyone, everywhere.
