About the role
With over seven million members, supporters and activists worldwide, Amnesty International is the world’s largest grassroots human rights organisation. At Amnesty International UK, we want to grow income and the number of people connected to human rights through their support of our work. As our Fundraising Innovation Manager, your role will be to design, develop and deliver fresh, exciting new innovations, grounded in audience insight, to transform the future of fundraising at AIUK.

You’ll thrive in the ambitious environment in which we operate, and you’re able to plan and prioritise your workload according to business need.

About us
Our aim is simple: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they’re denied. Our network of over seven million supporters makes a difference in 150 countries.
