About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (retention) (maternity cover) with experience in email marketing and supporter relationship management. Responsible for delivering the email strategy and optimising the performance of our email programme, you will ensure our supporters feel valued, informed and empowered.

You will help developing engaging and accessible initiatives and journeys to deliver communications that help inspire and maintain relationships with supporters.

Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to work collaboratively with departments across the organisation to deliver supporter-centric campaign and fundraising email and SMS communications, helping us reach our ambitious growth targets. As an innovator in digital marketing, you’ll have experience of using data insight to drive activity and improve results, making the best of marketing technologies and industry trends.
