About the role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (retention) with experience in email marketing and supporter relationship management. Responsible for delivering the email strategy and optimising the performance of our email programme, you will ensure our supporters feel valued, informed and empowered.
This is an ideal role for an email marketer who’s committed to developing our supporter relationships, audience analysis and is looking to own, execute and evolve a stand out email programme.
Coming from a digital marketing role, you’ll have experience of successfully creating and delivering email and SMS communications for a complex organisation. You will be an expert of all things email, from crafting compelling and persuasive copy, commissioning creative visuals and ensuring emails are technically sound. You will help developing engaging and accessible initiatives and journeys to deliver communications that help inspire and maintain relationships with supporters.
Your strong interpersonal skills will allow you to work collaboratively with departments across the organisation to deliver supporter-centric campaign and fundraising email and SMS communications, helping us reach our ambitious growth targets. As an innovator in digital marketing, you’ll have experience of using data insight to drive activity and improve results, making the best of marketing technologies and industry trends.
If you are talented, passionate about human rights and want to use your skills, knowledge and experience to change the world then we would encourage you to click ‘Apply for this Role’ below.
Our aim is simple: an end to human rights abuses. Independent, international and influential, we campaign for justice, fairness, freedom and truth wherever they are denied. Already our network of over seven million people is making a difference in almost every country in the world. Whether we are applying pressure through powerful research or direct lobbying, mass demonstrations or online campaigning, we are all inspired by hope for a better world. One where human rights are enjoyed by all.
