June 2018 meeting

We are very fortunate to have Amnesty UK’s coordinator for South America coming to our meeting on Monday 4th June.

He’ll be able to bring us up to date with the news for the Peace Community of San Jose who we have been supporting for a couple of years. He’ll also have news on the recent upheavals in Nicaragua & Venezuela.

This should be an interesting and informative meeting, so do let’s give him a good audience.

We have Amnesty’s co-ordinator for South America coming to speak.  It’ll be good to catch up on news of the Peace Community in Colombia, who we have been supporting for quite some time.

We’ll also hear about the preparations for our music gig which is being organised by Raul.

Jan is planning our stall in Woking & will need volunteers to help.  Anne has suggested that we bring any cards that could be used on the stall along to the meeting, which would save money on buying new ones.
