STEVE ROONEY

“ironic and witty perspectives from the hard shoulder of life’s motorway”

A performance poet with a reputation for sharp, satirical poetry, Steve’s themes range from politics and popular culture, to work and relationships. He has performed at many venues and festivals throughout the UK, including the Edinburgh Fringe, Latitude, the Bristol and Ledbury Poetry Festivals and the Cheltenham Literature Festival.

CATHERINE CROSSWELL

A performance poet who frequently sneaks music into her work, Catherine lives in Malvern and is the current
Slam Champ of the town. Catherine co-runs ConFab Cabaret, a fun-packed variety night with lashings of spoken word.
