Thursday 17 May: Speakers from Joel Project and Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness

Even though the right to a home is a basic human right, even in 'leafy Kingston'  homelessness is at crisis level.

Our meeting follows a resolution at the recent Amnesty UK annual general meeting to strengthen UK policy on homelessness (https://www.amnesty.org.uk/agm2018). This recognises that one of the fundamental universal human rights has a domestic and local significance.
