June Meeting Notes
At tonight's meeting we watched some of the Secret Policeman's Ball that was presented in New York in March - we're in discussion with Bucks New University about running our own event on similar lines during 2012-13. Watch this space...
We will run another AmnesTEA for the Christmas Card Campaign on Saturday 1 December at Wesley Methodist Church - do please put this date in your diary. 1 December is also Independence Day for West Papua, so we hope to have a focus on Indonesia and West Papua on the day.
I reported back on wearing an Amnesty 'hat' for the Human Library on 10 June, where I met a number of people supportive of Amnesty's work.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday 2 August at Michelle's house.
