Human rights in Egypt - Online talk on 11 November

Debora Singer will give details of the systemic restrictions and abuse of human rights that are happening now in Egypt. For many years the Egyptian authorities have put in place measures aimed at reducing freedom of expression and civil society activity. This has escalated during the regime of President Al-Sisi.

We will discuss how this system of human right abuses works, giving our Individuals at Risk as examples. As well as Q and A, we will undertake a joint online action.

We hope you will be able to join us on Thursday 11 November at 7.30pm for this talk and the opportunity to take action.
