Manchester Amnesty International group join with arts organisation Young Identity to present an afternoon of poetry and spoken word in solidarity with Ahmed Mansoor, a human rights defender currently imprisoned in the United Arab Emirates. Ahmed is himself a poet, and the event will include readings of his poems alongside new work created by Young Identity and young Amnesty members.
