50 years after the assassination of Martin Luther King, black voices are still routinely dismissed, unheard. In the Western world, black and minority ethnic people are disproportionately under-represented in politics, business and entertainment, and over-represented in rates of imprisonment and violent crime. Today we highlight some of the black activist voices who are following in the footsteps of MLK. Chaired by Osama Bhutta.
