We are all complicit

Andrew Marr's show on BBC 1 on Sunday mornings discusses politics and the arts and sometimes both at the same time.  This morning's AM Show  had an interview with Kevin Spacey and Richard Dreyfuss about a play at the Old Vic Theatre in London.  On the website the BBC exercises legal caution and says: Oscar winners take a stand against 'torture'.

The play, written by Joe Sutton, is Complicit and is about a journalist whose story is suppressed by the government because, so it is said, it could help the enemy.  As the theatre's website says, "As liberties are stripped away, can you ever know what is being perpetrated in your name?"
