Campaigns Volunteer (Women's Human Rights)

The Womens Human Rights Programme is part of the Campaigns team, which is based in the Campaigns Department.

Through our campaigning work, AIUK champions the human rights of women and girls, and holds governments accountable to end discrimination and inequality. At present, we are campaigning on womens rights in conflict and post conflict countries, focusing on womens rights in Afghanistan. We are also responsible for policy input on gender and human rights on all AIUK campaigns and programmes.

This post is to help enable AIUK to develop and provide effective campaigns on womens human rights, particularly on Afghanistan.

The volunteer will provide organisational support, preparing campaign actions, materials and events, as appropriate.
