India: Demand for justice for the women who were raped and murdered in Gujarat
Almost three years after the violence which left more than 2,000 people dead in Gujarat, India, hundreds of women and girls who were raped, gang-raped, and in many cases slashed or burned to death, have not received justice and the perpetrators of those crimes walk free, said Amnesty International in a new report published today (27 January).
