UK: Asylum statistics - targets met but at what cost?

Iraq: US house demolitions could be illegal
In a letter to United States Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, Amnesty International has this week called on the US to make clear whether the demolition of Iraqi houses is being used as a collective punishment.
