Community Fundraising Manager (job share)

At Amnesty International, were working tirelessly to protect human rights across the world. To do this we must look to maximise our income from every possible source. By helping AIUK raise money through local communities youll ensure we can continue and expand our work.

Youll design and implement a community fundraising strategy that maximises our income and with it, our impact. Working with our Activism team, youll galvanise people all over the country into action. From our local networks to primary schools, faith groups to the WI, youll get everyone involved. Developing budgets, responding to enquiries, building relationships with other charities and supporting fundraisers will all be part of your development of innovative new ways to raise funds within local communities.

Naturally, youll need experience of running community fundraising programmes, managing staff and volunteers and producing budgets. A diplomat, co-ordinator, enabler, strategist, manager and campaigner all rolled into one, you can fire everyones enthusiasm. And youre as passionate as we are about protecting human rights.
