Longer-term campaigning for individuals at risk
The annual Greetings Card Campaign is an important and effective campaign activity. But your action for individuals at risk doesn't need to stop there. The Greetings Card Campaign is now one phase in an ongoing programme of action for the individuals featured, providing a variety of opportunities for AIUK members and others to get involved. Those who are interested in taking additional or alternative actions for some of those same individuals, through writing appeals to the authorities or other creative campaigning techniques, can also do this throughout the year. We will report on developments in these cases, and you will be able to keep in touch with any changes in the case or advice on new actions required.
