Amnesty Clothes Swap and Sale 2013

Recycle your gently used clothing and accessories while stocking up on some awesome clothing for autumn!
We will be selling second-hand and donated clothing and delicious home-made refreshments. This event is open to everyone and clothing on offer will be of a variety of sizes and styles. Prices start at £1!
All profits go to Amnesty's great projects, with a focus on ending violence against women in Afghanistan.
PLUS: If you bring three items to donate, you get a voucher for one free item!

Clothing donations needed!The Brighton and Hove Amnesty group are looking for clothing donations of all styles and sizes. There are three ways you can donate: 1. We can pick up your clothing from the Brighton area in the week running up to the 31 August. To find out more us contact us via the Facebook event page or contact us using the details below. 2. Bring your clothing to the Amnesty Bookshop on Sydney Street, Brighton any time before 31 August. 3. Bring your clothing to the event itself. We'll be accepting donations from midday. Remember to let us know if you are planning on coming to the event as for every three items donated you will receive a token for one free item at the clothing sale. All your clothing donations will be very welcome so please dig deep in to those wardrobes and donate generously to our clothes swap this month! Proceeds from this event will go to Amnesty International UK. Any clothing not sold will be donated to the Brighton Unemployed Centre Families Project. |
