Human Rights and investigative journalism

Please join us for our popular annual journalist panel event which discusses current human rights issues being debated in press and the importance of investigative journalism in reporting on stories that would otherwise remain untold.
Speakers include:
- Kevin Magee (BBC), former Spotlight reporter and winner of two Royal Television Society Awards (including, Loyalists at War)
- Barry McCaffrey (The Detail), formerly of the Irish News and Sunday Business Post & biographer of Alex Maskey
- Allison Morris (Irish News), Senior Investigative Reporter, awarded the 2010 NUJ daily newspaper reporter of the year & the 2011 Society of Editors regional reporter of the year.
