Photojournalism
Photojournalists have brought us some of the most memorable and iconic images of our time, putting a human face to human rights issues.
Whether at an exhibition, in print or online, a brilliant piece of photojournalism will grab the attention of the viewer where text alone may fail.

Entry Guidelines
- A series of up to six photographs from a portfolio, all or part of which has been published online or in print by a third party on a UK website, in print media aimed at a UK audience, or publicly exhibited in the UK.
- If entering more than once, you must complete one form per entry
- You must answer the three synopsis questions on the entry form
- Please do not send further supplementary material or information as this will not be considered

Important: Please have the following information to hand BEFORE you begin as the entry form cannot be saved:
- Full title of entry - exhibition or series of images
- Publication or exhibition date
- Background information on the entry including: How the idea for the piece came about, what challenges were encountered in producing the piece, how it helped to further the understanding of the issues covered, what impact it had (i.e. number of viewers/listeners and their response, government reaction, policy change, etc)
- Name of photographer
- Title of magazine/newspaper (if applicable)
- Credit or debit card details
- A high res copy of the logo of the publication your entry appeared in or its exhibitor (if appropriate)
You will need to upload the following supporting material:
- One jpg each of up to six photographs, as high res images (minimum of 300dpi at A4)
- A pdf containing a short caption for each photograph
- A pdf of the publication the images appeared in, exhibition programme or catalogue, or link to relevant website
