The annual Young Human Rights Reporter (YHRR) Competition aims to inspire young people to become human rights reporters, to investigate what's going on in the world and bring human rights abuses to light.

The competition is open to students aged 7 to 18 years and is run by Amnesty, in partnership with the Guardian Teacher Network and MA Publications, publishers of SecEd, Headteacher Update and Primary Teacher Update. It is generously supported by the The Peter Stebbings Memorial Charity

The 2014 awards open for submissions in September 2013. More information about how to enter will be available then.
