Northampton High School for Girls: Pumpkin paper auction
Funds raised: £60.29
Dover Grammar School For Boys: Dare To Be Different Day
Funds raised: £350.00
Students took part in sponsored events such as sponsored silences to raise awareness of lack of freedom of speech. Other students wore masks and hung signs written in Mandarin around their necks to raise awareness about the death penalty and executions in China.
Dover Grammar School For Boys: Protect The Human Week
Funds raised: £650.00
We held a non-uniform day (we tried to get people to wear bright pink, yellow and green!) and also had a concert where we sold refreshments and badges.
Dr Challoner's High School: Silent Protest
and Christmas FairFunds raised: £620.00
The protest were silent and wore black blindfolds. The fair included a raffle, christmas music, awareness stalls, guitar hero, cake sale, chocolate fountain.
