Challenge yourself with a trek or triathlon
Sometimes if you are going to defend human rights, you have to climb a mountain. Or cross a desert. Or cycle round a whole country.
And that is just the start of it. Perhaps you want to go on a trek - in the UK, Peru, or even take on Kilimanjaro?
Or maybe taking on a triathlon is more your thing? We have a number of charity places in the 2013 London Virgin Active Triathlon.
Either way, in exchange for the experience of a lifetime, you get to raise money for a cause you believe in.
