You can also donate an old car you no longer need, via Giveacar. Your vehicle will be collected by Giveacar, who will scrap it or sell it at auction; you can opt for the proceeds to go to Amnesty. Find out more

How does it help Amnesty International?

As well as raising money to protect and promote human rights, recycling also prevents your old electrical items ending up in a landfill site, where harmful chemicals can leak into the environment.

Each month a price list will be published on www.recyclingappeal.com for all the items.

Start Recycling!

Order a freepost envelope or call 08451 30 20 10 and quote 'Amnesty'

Simply put your old electrical item in the freepost envelope and post it to our recycling partner. When sending in phones or cameras don't forget to remove any sim cards or memory cards!

Feel like doing more? Hold a collection

Free collections can be arranged if you collect more than 15 items (or 50 if only CDs or DVDs), so why not get your group, school or church or office involved?

If you would like a collection box then please call 08451 30 20 10 and quote 'Amnesty'
