Want to fundraise for Amnesty? Looking for ideas for the spring term?

Get inspiration from last year's Raise Off winners. Why not have a teddy bear naming competition? Or perhaps you could order an Amnestea pack and hold a doughnut sale?
Whatever the weather you can hold an Amnesty themed picnic inside or outside. You could each bake a cake or make some sandwiches and charge people to come along and enjoy them with you

Congratulations to everyone who took part in the 2012 Youth Raise-Off. We're very proud of everyone who took part in a Raise-Off. Altogether, you've helped us to raise almost £39,000!

Check out the league table below to see how much your school or youth group raised. If you have won in one of the categories please respond to the letter you have been sent in the post so we can arrange your prizes!

Best fundraisers

We've decided to go for an Olympic theme with this one!

Gold medal is awarded Charterhouse School who raised a phenomenal £9,167

Special thanks to Sophia Robey for being instrumental in raising this phenomenal amount.

Silver medal goes to St Albans High School for Girls who raised £4360

Bronze medal was won by Durham Johnston School who raised £2382

Best fundraising event

The prize goes to Clevedon School for their 24-hour tri-cycle, which raised £1,500 and generated a lot of media coverage. Phew!

Most regular fundraisers

This category is for the groups who show consistent commitment to raising money and awareness for Amnesty

They've done it again - the Prize goes to Ashford School Amnesty Group! To be honest, we have lost track of quite how many events they arranged - it is something in the region of two dozen - and they have been continual supporters of Amnesty throughout the year and raised a grand total of £1,861.47.

Prizes will be on their way soon to the winning groups!
