Image of a No Recourse bannerIn many ways, Scotland leads the world in its response to domestic abuse, its integrated strategic framework on violence against women and its gendered analysis of violence.  However as immigration is a reserved issue, there are women who are falling between the gaps.  In Scotland, we have joined forces with Scottish Women's Aid to campaign for the Scottish Government to provide emergency funding for women in Scotland with no recourse to public funds so that they can access vital refuge spaces and services.
