The London Triathlon has become a favourite in the Team Amnesty calendar. The differing distance groups are spread over a weekend in late July, when participants of all levels of experience take on the fitness challenge in East London's docklands.
Take your pick of four distances, and enter on your own or split the challenge between a team. If you're unsure about anything, we'll be happy to answer your questions - get in touch.

Share the challenge - enter as a team
If you're a swimmer but not a runner, a cyclist not a swimmer, why not club together with a couple of mates or colleagues to participate as a relay team? Signing up to compete as a team will only cost you one place, and you can split the fundraising between you to lighten the load off the track, as well as on the road/water!
Please note, you can only enter as a relay team for Sprint and Olympic distances. Do get in touch if you have any questions about participating as a group.
Sign up to Team Amnesty and you'll get fundraising packs and tons of ideas of how to raise cash as you train for the event weekend - as well as prep tips and schedules, and of course your event vest.
We'll be there all weekend to support you, whichever group you're in. We'll cheer you along the route, and see you at the finish line for a well-deserved rest and goodie bag.
The challenge is there, the support is ready: all that's missing is you!
We'd still love you to join our team!
If you have entered the ballot for places from London Triathlon, you can still support human rights while you swim, cycle and run. Let us know if you've got a ballot place, using the contact details below.
You'll be told whether you've been successful in getting your own place in the ballot by the Virgin Active London Triathlon event organisers in February 2013.
Got a question? Emily, our Community Fundraising Coordinator, will be happy to help.
